ที่จีนฝนตก เซี่ยงไฮ้สภาพอากาศแย่มาก เที่ยวบินดีเลย์เยอะ พลาดต่อไฟลท์ กลับบ้านกัน 9 ชีวิต ใครทราบบ้างว่ามีพายุเข้าหรือเปล่าคะ แล้วจะดีขึ้น หรือแย่ลงคะ

 

คุณ Falkman ตรง L ในทะเลจีนใต้จะพัฒนาเป็นพายุรึเปล่าครับ เป็นพายุซ้อนพายุ 2 ลุก ดูมันแปลก ๆ ถ้ามันพัฒนาเป็นพายุรับรองเข้าไทยแน่มาตามร่องความกดอากาศต่ำแน่นอน 1000%

</TD></TR><TR><TD style="BORDER-LEFT: gray 1px solid; PADDING-BOTTOM: 10px; PADDING-LEFT: 10px; PADDING-RIGHT: 10px; BORDER-RIGHT: gray 1px solid; PADDING-TOP: 10px" width="100%" colSpan=3 align=left>บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงได้แผ่ลิ่มลงมาปกคลุมถึงประเทศจีนตอนใต้ทำให้ร่องมรสุมที่พาดผ่านภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือมีกำลังแรงขึ้น โดยจะเริ่มเลื่อนลงมาพาดผ่านภาคกลางและภาคตะวันออก ในช่วงวันที่ 14-15 กันยายน 2555 ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนตกชุกหนาแน่น และมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่งในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักในช่วงวันที่ 13–17 กันยายน 2555 ส่วนคลื่นลมในทะเลอันดามัน และอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในช่วงวันเวลาดังกล่าวไว้ด้วย
อนึ่ง พายุไต้ฝุ่น “ซันปา” (SANBA) มีศูนย์กลางอยู่บริเวณด้านตะวันออกของประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ มีความเร็วลมสูงสุดใกล้ศูนย์กลาง ประมาณ 155 กิโลเมตรต่อชั่วโมง คาดว่าจะเคลื่อนตัวเข้าใกล้เกาะโอกินาวา ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ในช่วงวันที่ 15-16 กันยายน 2555 พายุนี้ไม่มีผลกระทบต่อประเทศไทย ประกาศ ณ วันที่ 13 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2555 เวลา 16.30 น.
