COMMENT: Solar activity has been at active levels over the last 24 hours. 6C- and 4 M-class flares were recorded, the strongest reached M4-level and peaked at 22:10UT in NOAA 1967. This region has nearly rounded the southeast limb and was responsible for all 10 flares. These occurred near areas of mixed magnetic polarities to the northeast and south of the big main spot, which is still very close to the limb. NOAA 1968 near the northeast limb is a lot smaller and did not produce flares. The x-ray background flux has been all day above the C1-level. Active conditions are expected to continue, with a slight chance on an X-class flare. The
CMEs associated with NOAA 1967's flaring activity were directed to the east and away from Earth. Solar wind speed has been declining to values currently just above 300 km/s, with Bz varying between -5 and +5 nT.
Geomagnetic conditions have been quiet and are expected to remain so.

It was a surprise discovery when researchers measured along the polar axis of core-traversing seismic waves were traveling faster along the polar axis as compared to those moving through the equatorial plane. Researchers believe this action is caused by a marginal increase of iron flow through Earth's solid core.

Researchers from Stanford University and the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory have made new strength measurements at high pressure, as described in Nature Geoscience. These studies extrapolated their results to core conditions and found that the strength of iron deep within the Earth is lower than previously thought. This weakness may explain how the crystal structure in the Earth's core has transformed over geological time scales.

Their precision of mapping the skies to the very hour which encompass 100, 1000, 10,000 year cycles stands to this very day as confirmed by the most advanced scientific instruments and spacecraft. They also speak of times when peace and harmony was expansive which was matched only by times of 'contraction' identifying wars, climatic hardships, tribal (community) disruption. Just as with our breath, they speak in terms of 'expansion' and 'contraction' both of which are natural cycles.

They have witnessed the Earth's magnetic flip, some text suggest they witnessed a time of actual crustal displacement which in today's science is known as a "true polar wander". They speak of signs prior to the "great transition" such as extreme weather shifts, increase of earthquake and volcanic activity, disharmony between tribes (communities) which includes their personal internal challenge of feelings of confusion, disassociation, conflict, and what I would interpret as mood swings of hyper-vigilance or depression.

As to the third question of "What is their message for us today?" This will be difficult to put into words because I will need to inject my personal conjecture to translate - true, I will be objective as possible, but it is very difficult for one to observe their objectivity.

COMMENT: Solar activity has been at active levels over the last 24 hours. 9C- and 3 M-class flares were recorded. The 3 M-class flares all originated in the mixed polarity region south of NOAA 1967's main spot, the strongest reaching M4-level at 19:40UT. This part of the region has been increasing its sunspot area. The mixed polarity region to the northwest of the main spot produced C-class flares as well as an M3-spike at 15:26UT (total duration less than 4 minutes), after which it simplified. NOAA 1968 was responsible for 2 C-class flares originating in its trailing portion. A filament eruption took place to the north and west (trailing) of NOAA 1960.
It was associated to a C4-flare peaking at 00:49UT. The x-ray background has been all day above the C1-level. Active conditions are expected to continue, with a slight chance on an X-class flare. The CMEs associated with NOAA 1967's flaring activity were directed to the East and away from Earth. The CME from the filament eruption was directed mostly to the South and away from Earth. Based on current imagery, no geomagnetic effects are expected from these CMEs. Around 20:30UT, solar wind speed changed from about 330km/s to 450-500 km/s. The high temperature, low
density stream had a Bz varying between -5 and +5 nT. The source of this high speed stream is most probably a small coronal hole that passed the central meridian on 25 January. Geomagnetic effects were limited and quiet conditions persisted. Solar wind may continue to be modulated by the
effects of small coronal holes that have passed the central meridian on 27 and 29 January. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to remain quiet.

The existing delta structures in sunspot region 1967 have further developed. Seven new M-class flares were produced from 1967 over the last 72 hours. The trailing portion of this region now consists of two big opposite polarity spots containing themselves with opposite polarity.
